Sapience Communications convened a Strategic Planning Session on the 19th of September 2020 at Bundu Inn Resort, North of Pretoria. The meeting was attended by diverse groups, academics and business persons among others.
This was made possible by the "esteemed friends" of the company who voluntarily and altruistically contributed financial and other resources. For that we are greatly indebted.
The condusive environment within which we gathered provided an immense opportunity to appraise the delivery circumstances amid Covid-19. It also enabled us to conduct an introspective assesment of the company in a robust but cordialy manner.
The guests were briefed on the developments regarding the construction of the company website. Their input would be incoporated into the final outlook of the website which will be accessible to the general public from the 1st of October 2020.
The meeting further deliberated and agreed on the expansion of legal services to include tailor made legal products for external clients. It was also decided that the company will set measurable and realistic annual deliverables of which implementation will be constantly monitored. Furthermore the company will earnestly review its working methods and put in place measures to curtail the culture of late payments by certain clients.
